Do you feel fatigued and want permission to take a break?

Saturday, March 25th from 9 am to 11 am PST and 12 pm to 2 pm EST, therapists are invited to join us for a mini retreat to help you reduce tension, connect with others, and tap into caring for the self.

You can easily access this mini retreat in the comfort of your sweatpants and still get all the benefits of an in-person retreat.

We are such firm believers in our approach to self-regulation and embodiment that if you do not benefit from this mini retreat we will give your money back, no questions asked!

We all need a break during the long hours and months of winter. For less than a plane ticket you can learn how to support yourself during times of tension, fatigue, and exhaustion.

Krista Miles, LMHC, RYT-500 is trained in the practice of heart centered embodiment and Crystal Bowl sound healing practices. She will guide you through bottom-up practices for your own self-soothing and regulating practice.

All therapists deserve to know how to calm their nervous system, balance their tension, and find rest when they need it most.

Lara Effland, LICSW, CEDS-S is trained in the practice of balancing your time with your energy through prioritization of tasks based on your energy and time. Stop pushing yourself through days that feel like trudging through mud. Instead learn how to listen to your body, work with your energy, and get more done! It sounds surprising and it works!

We can't wait to see you at our two-hour mini retreat for mental health therapists only!

Take advantage of this restorative time away!

Don't miss this opportunity! Only 10 days left to register!

No, thank you! I do not want relaxation or connection.
